Bringing Martial Arts and Community to Bernal Heights

FTK Studio is a minority women-owned fitness studio in Bernal Heights dedicated to inclusive wellness. Formerly known as FTK Martial Arts, the business has expanded to serve the whole family. The studio offers Shaolin Kenpo Karate for kids, helping them build confidence and skill. For adults, they provide restorative and strengthening classes in Yoga, Pilates, and Qigong.

For karate lessons, they’re open Monday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The yoga classes, Pilates, and Qigong vary from month to month. If you can’t access the website, we’ll have a printed schedule in the window each month for you to check for updated classes.
