It’s made with heavy cream, water, Mexican-style chorizo, lime juice, and chicken broth. Another popular dish is the San Francisco staple, cioppino, a seafood soup made with clams, mussels, shrimp, and cod, served with two slices of garlic bread. It’s been a staple of San Francisco since the 1800s. My personal favorite is the cod tacos. They are light, flaky, and fresh.
